Tingling in the body

I have tingling all over my body. On my skin, like little ants crawling on it. A rash or allergy can be ruled out. I had this already a month ago for 2 days. Additionally, my legs feel particularly heavy in the evenings. Like muscle soreness even though I haven't exercised. I am generally athletic, but I have a desk job and sit a lot. Could this be tension or something more serious?
Hello,
Unfortunately, there is very little information provided, nothing about size, weight, age, comorbidities, medications...
The tingling sensation could potentially be due to tension, if it is indeed tingling. Itching could indicate a gallbladder, liver, or blood disorder, in which case a blood test would be necessary.
Heavy legs could also be a sign of venous insufficiency.
If you are over 35 and have not had a check-up in the last 3 years, I would recommend using the symptoms as a reason to get examined, even if the discomfort persists despite exercise and relaxation exercises next week. Only after an examination can one determine the true cause.
Wishing you all the best!
Warm regards, Dr. Gehring
