Sensations on the body

Hello,
This morning I woke up with a tingling sensation in my right arm, as if it was bent in a strange way. Since then, I have been experiencing numbness and tingling sensations in my body, especially at rest. Although I can move everything normally, it still feels numb.
I also have pain and muscle tension in my lower back (on the right side) and chronic neck problems. I have already been to the emergency room, but was sent home as all the normal tests showed everything was fine, including blood tests.
However, my body feels different. I feel things more strongly and sometimes more weakly and sensitively. It feels like it's asleep, although it's not, and I can still move.
The worst affected areas are my hands and arms, sometimes the back of my head or neck when touched. My legs are only sensitive to touch.
What can I do to get some sleep? Where could this be coming from and how can I get rid of it? Ideally today?
Best regards
Good morning,
I am not surprised that you were sent home again. The emergency department is really not the right place for complaints of tension, but for emergency patients who need to be admitted and stay in the hospital! I am surprised that they even looked at you and took blood, as the overwhelmed teams are not there for minor discomfort.
What you can do if it should continue to be bad today: Progressive Muscle Relaxation by Jacobson: https://www.tk.de/techniker/unternehmensseiten/unternehmen/broschueren-und-mehr/mp3-muskelentspannung-2013428
Your family doctor can prescribe Ortoton for you, if there are no signs of infection today (with flu-like infections, there can be over-sensitivity). If you are feeling fine apart from the discomfort, you should move around a lot today and sit less, then the muscles will relax. If you have signs of infection today, Ibuprofen could help.
Get well soon!
