Complex array of symptoms

I feel really bad. I feel almost emotionless, can laugh and cry, but don't feel it the way I used to. Even manually triggered reactions, such as an orgasm, are hardly felt by me. Additionally, I often have concentration problems and occasionally feel like I can't breathe properly, as well as occasional eye problems.
I am currently in psychiatric treatment, but I am afraid it could have a neurological background.
In 2009, I felt this way once before, at that time MRI and lumbar puncture were performed on me. An EEG was terminated back then.... should I trust that it is psychosomatic? What do you say about the symptoms?
Dear questioner, or dear inquirer,
Your symptoms are more indicative of the common disease depression rather than a somatic cause. Since you have already undergone extensive diagnostics regarding possible somatic causes, I would not primarily worry about a brain tumor, etc., although it is true that this can never be completely ruled out. The diagnosis of "depression" is, however, much more common and likely, it is a real common disease that must be taken very seriously and treated accordingly with medication and therapy. Talk to your therapist about your concerns regarding a possible somatic diagnosis, they will be able to help you. Do not be ashamed of your illness, it is a disease like any other, it primarily affects the soul, which makes it difficult for you, but keep at it, the illness is treatable!!
I wish you all the best
Sincerely
T.C. Müller
