Hello - unfortunately, I have a small fetish with my belly button. I like to feel pressure there and unfortunately I overdid it recently. A lady pressed heavily with her heel and I think something happened. Since then, I have had pain when straightening and stretching my stomach and in the lower abdomen, now even constantly.
So I suspect either a navel hernia, nerve inflammation, or a reaction due to contamination... I am currently traveling for work. Should I get something from the pharmacy, or should I go to the doctor immediately?

I urgently recommend that you see a doctor, as a serious injury may have occurred due to the strong pressure. As you correctly mentioned, a hernia may have occurred. A trapped hernia can quickly cause damage and tissue death. Contamination can initially lead to local inflammation and pain, while penetration through the belly button can also lead to contamination in the abdominal cavity and subsequent peritonitis.
