Stomach ache

Hello, I have strong stomach pains. I am female, have three children, and my sphincter has been damaged since my second pregnancy. I am taking Omeprazole. I also have kidney stones and gallstones. I am alone with my three children since my husband is in Austria. Today I took two magnesium tablets for muscle tension. What should I do?
Dear inquirer, you can try to increase the dosage, the smallest possible dose is 20 mg of Omeprazole in the morning, the maximum would be 2x 40 mg. You should avoid fatty and rich foods and drink plenty of fluids. Please consult a doctor (in most areas, there is also the option of a home visit by the on-call doctor of the health insurance association) if the pain is very severe and does not improve significantly on Omeprazole.
