Heart attack or coronary heart disease despite inconspicuous findings?

Hello. I had already described my complaints a few days ago, but now I have a new problem since yesterday....:(

About me: I am female, 21 years old, non-smoker, normal weight, no hypertension.

Previous examinations: 4 times resting ECG without findings, 1 time 24-hour ECG without findings, 2 times echocardiography without findings, 1 time stress ECG without findings, 1 time blood test without findings.

My complaints: I have been struggling with palpitations until recently, which the doctors attribute to a panic attack. Otherwise, I often have a sharp pressure in the left chest, but not painful, just pressing, and in the back at chest level. In addition, my left arm has been tingling for a week. I have also been to the hospital, but was sent home again because the ECG was inconclusive and the doctors said there was no danger....Nevertheless, I have panic fears of death, as my mother died suddenly from a narrowed coronary artery at the age of 43. Is it possible that despite the findings and previous examinations, I could have a heart attack? Should I have my vessels examined specifically again? Or is all of this enough? I am at my wit's end and really have a panicked fear of dying soon!! I am infinitely grateful for any answer!...

Good day,

if all the examinations have yielded flawless results, you can be relatively sure that nothing will happen to you at the moment. You are only 21 years old, have no illnesses and are obviously living healthily.
Pain in the arm and chest area could also originate from the spine. In this regard, you should consult an orthopedic specialist. If nothing is found there, you should seek psychotherapeutic help for your "panic attacks".

At the moment, I do not see a need for further cardiac examinations, apart from seeing the orthopedic specialist and possibly a neurologist.

All the best and

Kind regards,
