Stomach ache

For days, I have been experiencing stomach pain and a bloated stomach. The stomach is very tender to the touch, especially in the middle above the bladder and on the left and right sides near the pelvic bones. It hurts a lot when pressure is applied to these areas. Sitting is uncomfortable and accompanied by pressure and pain.
I had the same symptoms a few weeks ago. An ultrasound examination at the doctor's did not reveal any results. I was prescribed something for bloating, which didn't really help. Some time later, the symptoms subsided, but never completely disappeared. Currently, it is worse.
My bowel movements are regular, although soft. No diarrhea, no cramps.
What could this be?

Dear customer,

You seem to be describing severe pain in the entire lower abdomen with bloating, and at the same time you mention having had these symptoms before recently. Since such complaints in the abdominal area can have very different meanings, they should be clarified as soon as possible. For example, a bowel obstruction, which is a serious condition, should be ruled out. Therefore, I recommend that you see a doctor or go to a hospital today to have the problem investigated.

Best regards,
