Piercing pain, nausea, diarrhea

Dear Doctor,
For about half a year, I have been experiencing the following issue:
Pain exactly on the right side of my abdomen, under the arms at the level of the navel, accompanied by constant nausea, occasional gagging, diarrhea (pale-colored stool, very rarely with blood in it). The pain is occasionally noticeable when breathing. I have palpated the right abdominal area myself, and when I press deeper and inhale, I feel a stabbing pain. Furthermore, I have constant diarrhea and notice an increase in abdominal circumference, even though I eat normally. There is no weight reduction happening.
I am seriously concerned and afraid to go to the doctor, partly because I have lost my job and cannot afford the practice fee. I just have to figure out how to manage with the low unemployment benefits. However, if you recommend that I see a doctor, I will do so.
Thank you very much in advance.
Good evening,
In the right half of the abdomen at the level of the navel, there is tenderness on pressure for the liver, gallbladder, and pancreas.
Light-colored stool also indicates a disorder of the pancreas.
Nausea and a feeling of wanting to vomit are most likely associated with changes in the stomach. Such changes may not cause a distinct pain, which would otherwise be more likely to be found in the middle of the abdomen above the navel and not on the right side.
An increase in waist circumference may indicate a solid change in the abdominal cavity or a buildup of fluid.
Even if you are in a difficult financial situation, I strongly recommend that you visit a doctor. Your description does not sound like a temporary discomfort, but rather like a persistent or worsening illness. Such a finding needs to be investigated and treated specifically.
You have no chance of managing this on your own with home remedies or a change in diet.
If you have any further questions, please ask.
Get well soon,
Dr. Schaaf
