Inflammation levels VERY highly elevated!

I have had a swollen lymph node in my neck for weeks, which also hurts slightly when touched. In the past few days, I have been feeling very unwell, nauseous, and tired. I went to the doctor to have blood taken, and this morning I received the results:

My CRP level was at 100,
my erythrocyte sedimentation rate was at 120/100.

This seems extremely high, and he immediately sent me to the hospital. There, they took blood again, and my CRP level was now at 92, but I did not find out my erythrocyte sedimentation rate as I was allowed to go home for now, since my EKG and temperature were okay. Besides that, I have no other symptoms of illness. What could this be? I am very scared of dying, I am 24 years old and a mother of two.
