ECG from fitness watch possible arrhythmia?
Dear doctor,
I have attached an EKG from my fitness watch. This is the first time it has shown possible irregularities. I started the recording when I couldn't sleep and felt my heart "fluttering". That evening, I had been walking a lot and had had 3 beers before. I am 40 years old and not overweight. I have no previous history except for a 24-hour EKG for extrasystoles which came back normal.
I noticed the different intervals of the impulses. Could this be heading towards Holiday Heart? Should I not drink alcohol at all now? Please provide some clarification and let me know if I need to see a cardiologist.
Best regards.
