Hepatitis B

Hello,

After my 23rd blood donation, I received the notification that Hepatitis B antibodies (slightly reactive!), but no Hepatitis B virus were detected. The last blood donation was 2 weeks ago, the one before that was about 12 weeks ago with no findings. A 3-day old examination of liver values showed excellent results and otherwise I am healthy.
The attending physician only mentioned that my body had temporarily had contact with the virus, but that it is now healed. However, I am temporarily banned from donating blood.
To be able to close this matter for myself, I hope for some clarification:

a) Is there a risk that I will develop chronic Hepatitis B in the near future with this result?
b) I was vaccinated against Hepatitis B in 2000. (Why are antibodies only now being detected in blood donation?) Does a booster make sense?
c) Should I have my liver values (especially antibodies) regularly checked in the near future? (as I said, I am otherwise completely healthy and a bit uncertain)

Thank you for your help.
