Spiral
I had the copper coil (Multisafe Cu 375) inserted 9 days ago during my period and I am still experiencing pain and bright red, slimy bleeding that just won't stop and is starting to bother me and restrict me. Additionally, I sometimes feel a sharp pain in my lower abdomen and often feel nauseous. Before rushing to my gynecologist, who is currently on vacation, I wanted to make sure if this is normal. Does the uterus just need some time to adjust? Since I have never given birth and the doctor also mentioned that I have a very small uterus, I am a little worried. Is the coil even the right choice for me in this case? I have never tolerated the pill either.
P.S.: According to hormone levels, everything is fine with me.
