Bleeding in early pregnancy
Hello! I was at my gynecologist a week ago because I had spotting and light bleeding, at first an enlarged uterus was diagnosed. Then I had to take a pregnancy test and it was positive. The bleeding does not occur every day, I had no bleeding for 2 days and today light bleeding, which then stops again after a certain time. Now I am afraid that a miscarriage could occur, as my doctor could not tell me where the bleeding is coming from. This is my 7th pregnancy, I had 5 normal pregnancies and a miscarriage in 2003. What could be the causes of the bleeding?
