I have a question, I am feeling pain from my buttocks back into my vagina. It also hurts when I sit down.

What could this be?

This doesn't really have anything to do with endometriosis. Such pain can occur, for example, when the discs in the lower back irritate the nerves, but also with hemorrhoids or genital herpes. Unfortunately, you have written so little about it that I cannot narrow it down further.
