contraceptive failure

On 01.07, I had a contraception mishap with a woman. The next day (02.07), she took the emergency contraceptive pill. She said her app indicated that the day of intercourse was also the day of ovulation. She is expected to get her next period around 19.07, with the previous one starting around 17.06. She is 27, a smoker, and I am 33, also a smoker. Is it possible to determine the likelihood of pregnancy being high or low? Does the emergency contraceptive pill (containing Levonorgestrel) still affect implantation or other factors? Could ovulation have actually occurred at the mentioned time?
