pain in the genital area
Hello, I am in the 30th week of pregnancy and I have pain in my lower abdomen, so bad that sometimes I can hardly walk. Now there is also a stabbing pain on the left side near the vagina, which radiates to the groin. My doctor told me to take high-dose magnesium, 300mg, but it doesn't seem to help. I can hardly walk or stand, and moving my legs in any way is very painful, but only on the left side. What could this be, and what can I do to make the pain stop? Can I take pain medication like Paracetamol? If so, how much? Thank you very much for your response. Regards, Kaiser.
