I have been suffering from strange symptoms for a few months, including circulatory disorders in my hands (blue/white stiff and cold fingers, even when it's warm outside); needle-like sensations in my fingers; sometimes feeling cold throughout my body, like with a flu infection; fatigue, sometimes total exhaustion; weakness; lack of drive; sleep disorders; diarrhea; occasionally symptoms of a gastrointestinal infection, e.g. vomiting, reflux, which disappear after a few days; restlessness; muscle or vein pain in both arms, etc.

I eat a healthy vegetarian diet, do not drink alcohol and little coffee, also take magnesium, calcium, iron supplements and gastrointestinal supplements as needed.

I suspect that it could be a latent Helicobacter Pylori infection, although I have not had a test done. Overall, the symptoms started in February of this year, I had gastritis for a long time, which disappeared after appropriate treatment. The most prominent symptoms currently are these severe circulatory disorders and needle-like sensations in the extremities, especially in the hands. There is also noticeable erythema on the legs, which was not present before. What do you think it could be?

Please consult a vascular specialist to be examined for Raynaud's syndrome. This condition involves intermittent circulation disorders in the fingers, triggered by an excessive activation of the autonomic nervous system (primary Raynaud's syndrome) or may occur within the context of rare rheumatic diseases (secondary Raynaud's syndrome).

In my opinion, it also makes sense to check the stomach findings. Consideration should also be given to a psychosomatic illness.
