Slight red spot about 5 cm below the arm.

Good evening,
12 days ago I discovered a slightly red, or slightly brown spot under my arm. The color is a bit indescribable, between light brown and slightly red. It is about 6 cm in size, in a not quite round shape, more like the continent of Africa. It is slightly raised, but not scaly, no pain, no itching. It looks like there is a piece of paper under the skin, slightly raised. I went to a dermatologist, but he doesn't know exactly what it is. I was given PREDNITOP ointment, but it doesn't help. What could it be?
I did not bump into anything.

Thank you,

Dear Mr. Haertel, you have the opportunity to upload a photo of the findings here, otherwise it is difficult to say anything. It could be an erythema after a tick bite. Please try to upload a photo. Regards, c.welsch
