Severe callusing

Hello

I have often expressed my suffering from my acne. I have the inflammations largely under control.

I have noticed that I need a mild care. Nothing aggressive, but still something exfoliating to get rid of the blackheads.

It all sounds very easy now. My skin has become very soft, except for the T zone. Beautiful and almost blackhead-free. But my T zone is terrible.

I'll try to describe it. Let's say I wake up in the morning, cleanse my face gently!!!, with thermal water, etc. I use a light moisturizer from Avene and then I powder a bit because I work in public and I don't feel comfortable with my millions of pimple marks and my impure skin. But I don't use makeup.

2 hours later, I shine like crazy in the T zone. Especially on the right and left sides next to the cheeks. I dab it off because it's really unbearable. And underneath there is a totally crumbly dry skin (like crumpled paper) and underneath that are red little bumps (closed, cornified blackheads).

And then I moisturize again.

I don't understand it, because as mentioned before, I cleanse gently in the morning and evening, moisturize in the morning and evening, use ZENIAC LP, which is against cornification. Why do I still have such strong cornification? The powder settles between every skin fold and every one of my giant pores.

Here's a picture with powder, you can see how dry and strange it is.

Unfortunately, these blackheads, these cornified ones, cannot be expressed (yet).

I tried BPO, but couldn't tolerate it. Iso is contraindicated because I have colitis and elevated bilirubin (I was advised this a few months ago). Maybe another fruit acid?

What can I do to bring myself back into balance? How can I dissolve the cornification without producing new ones? I read that if you peel too much, whether chemically or not, the cornification increases, and honestly, at the beginning of my acne, I didn't have such cornifications yet, and I have been using Zeniac for almost a year.

Face water has dried out my skin, and I once had the Zeniac cleansing gel, which was so aggressive that my skin felt tight after cleansing.

What would you recommend for me?

If I only use a moisturizer, I won't get rid of my blackheads and new ones will appear.

These cornifications are driving me crazy. I've only had them for 2 years now and I'm already 26.

Skinoren, Duac Acne gel... all too aggressive.

Hello,

I would like to help you further, unfortunately, the complaints you have described suggest that the treatment may not be easy and may require a lot of effort to achieve results.

I would be happy to give you a helpful tip and recommendations from the homeopathic field that can surely help you further.

Please let me know if you would like that.

In this context, it is important to focus on gut cleansing and blood detoxification. Both colitis and skin conditions are often linked to an imbalance in the body's acidity levels. It is crucial to avoid fruit acids, coffee, chocolate, alcohol, and cigarettes. I recommend taking the product Basica Compact from the pharmacy for over a month. Take 3 tablets 3 times a day before meals. The treatment should be repeated after a year. A basic diet is also recommended and very helpful in your case. You can find more information here: http://www.basisch.de/

Zinc also supports the healing process. Vitamin B12 is very helpful for skin problems. Your body needs time to rest, as this condition is not easy to control. As mentioned earlier, patience is key. You can also use healing ointments. If there is itching, Halicar ointment or Apis D1 as ointment have good effects.

This should bring you quick relief.

Moderate, but not excessive, skin care is very important to positively influence the skin. Powder can clog the pores, and the skin reacts with excessive moisture to "flush out" the pores – so powder as little as possible.

Emotional balance also plays a crucial role, as the skin reflects the soul. If you are under stress, it will affect your condition. To remedy this, autogenic training or other targeted relaxation measures are recommended.

Please make sure to drink plenty of still water, as this often improves the skin.

Do you have any questions? I am happy to help.

Best regards,

Dr. K. Hamann
