Orange discoloration around the mouth

Hello,

For 1 year now, I have been suffering from a strange orange discoloration around the mouth area. (See photo) Sometimes it also itches (mostly the corners of the mouth), and when I scratch it, it gets worse. However, there are no pimples or anything visible.

My attempt to find the cause has unfortunately been unsuccessful so far.

I really need your advice.

When rashes occur around the mouth, they are often contact allergies, but they can also occur as symptoms of chronic gastrointestinal diseases, fungal or bacterial skin infections.

Your question is not easy to answer.
Do you have any additional illnesses?
Do you take medications regularly?
What kind of therapy has already been tried?
