Pustules on the body

Hello,

2 months ago, I suddenly developed red pimples on my body. It started with one that was about 2 cm in size under my chest. At first, I thought I had rubbed my skin raw with my bra, as it looked like a blister. However, it didn't hurt and didn't itch. A week later, I noticed more spots, but they were not as large. I went to see a doctor, and he told me it was a reaction to sugar or dairy products, and advised me to avoid sugar for now. He also prescribed me Ecural cream. I have been very restricted in terms of consuming sweets.

However, 2 months have passed and it is not getting better. Initially, light red spots appear, which darken over time with a kind of crust and then disappear completely. They feel dry. Although they disappear after about 3 weeks, new ones appear in different areas. The affected areas are mainly the lower abdomen, inner thighs, some on the chest, and also on the back. Unfortunately, I have to wait for another appointment with the doctor in 4 weeks. I am now very concerned, so my question is, could it really be just related to diet, and could a dietary plan possibly help, or could it be something else? Thank you!
