Rash on the penis

Good evening, For about three to four days I have had a rash on the shaft of my penis. Quite low down near the transition to the testicle. On an area of 1cm x 1cm, small brown spots are raised that look like light brown moles. No itching, no oozing - they are just there. At first I thought it was irritation from shaving, but then I would have had it for many years. The bumps really came out of nowhere. A telephone inquiry for an appointment with the dermatologist resulted in the earliest availability being in November. Can anyone give me a "rough direction"? I could then go on vacation next week more relaxed, or cancel it. Thank you in advance.
