Hello, I have discovered an unusual mole on my back. It looks like a combination of a pimple and a mole. It doesn't look normal to me... as I am flying to America in 2 days, I now wanted to ask an expert for their opinion...

I cannot see any pigmentation in the sense of a mole on the images, it looks scratched and red to me, so it seems harmless.
But the exact problem is: the dermatologist can tell you for sure in a personal consultation - thanks to special cameras, I cannot, I can only give an assessment.
If you want to be on the safe side, you should visit a dermatologist or have the skin change removed so that it can be examined histologically.
If you are not away for too long, let's say 10 to 14 days, you can also wait for the spontaneous course and then have the findings clarified if necessary.
