Evaluation of self-written graduation certificate
October 30, 2011 | 40,00 EUR | answered by Dr. Dr. Danjel-Philippe Newerla
Hello!
Just over a year ago, I resigned from a company. Unfortunately, I did not receive a letter of reference... after several inquiries, my former boss gave me the opportunity to write a reference for myself. I have now done that.
Could someone take a look at my final product and potentially improve it?
Thank you very much!
Best regards,
Stephan H.
Dear inquirer,
Thank you for your inquiry.
I would be happy to answer as follows:
You are welcome to send me your certificate either by email or fax.
I will review it and provide you with an evaluation (with comments).
If there is anything to revise, I cannot accurately estimate the extent at this point.
Please understand that I cannot revise (or correct) the entire certificate for you as part of an initial consultation.
However, if it is only a small section, that would be acceptable to me.
I hope I have been able to provide you with some initial legal orientation and wish you much success and all the best!
I would like to point out the following to you in conclusion:
The legal advice I have provided is based solely on the information you have provided. My response is only an initial legal assessment of the situation, which cannot replace a comprehensive examination of the facts. Adding or omitting relevant information can lead to a completely different legal assessment.
If you are satisfied with my response, I kindly ask you to accept it in accordance with the general terms and conditions of this platform.
You can accept my response by clicking once on the green field "accept" below my response.
I hope my explanations have helped you. You are welcome to contact me through the follow-up option.
I wish you a pleasant Sunday afternoon!
Kind regards from the North Sea coast,
Dipl.-Jur. Danjel-Philippe Newerla, Attorney
