Evaluation of self-written graduation certificate

Hello!

Just over a year ago, I resigned from a company. Unfortunately, I did not receive a letter of reference... after several inquiries, my former boss gave me the opportunity to write a reference for myself. I have now done that.

Could someone take a look at my final product and potentially improve it?
