Hello,
I was sentenced to a youth sentence of 1 year and 10 months for fraud on 18.06.2008. This youth sentence was suspended on probation. The probation period was 2 years and has therefore expired. The criminal record has been lifted. I was born on 14.04.1989.
As I will be in a public position in the future, I need answers to the following questions.
1.) Where is this youth sentence recorded?
2.) Who can access this youth sentence?
3.) Under what conditions can this youth sentence be accessed?
4.) Is it possible for the youth sentence to be completely deleted, so that no one, not even law enforcement agencies, can access this youth sentence?
5.) If asked in a job application if I have a criminal record, do I have to disclose this?
