sore on the penis glans
Hello, three weeks ago my girlfriend gave me a blowjob and I don't know how she did it, but apparently I tore my glans on one of her teeth. I immediately had a "peculiar feeling" on the glans afterwards, so I don't think it's a sexually transmitted disease, that wouldn't happen so quickly, right? I just thought she was overwhelmed and irritated but there was no blood...
A day later, I found three wounds the size of a pin and they kept getting bigger, apparently they became infected because I didn't put anything on them right away. They then kept getting bigger, now after three weeks they don't hurt anymore and they're not getting any bigger, but I also don't see them healing. It looks like a crater landscape.
I really hope it heals and no scars or holes remain. I have applied various ointments from Pepanten wound and healing ointment to hydrocortisone 10% to Hexal iodine healing ointment.
I can't go to the doctor, so I'm really hoping for your answer.
What can I apply to help me heal quickly?
If it heals, there will definitely be "scars" like craters, right? Is there a cream for "aftercare" to make the scars go away or not form in the first place so it heals better?
