foreskin

Hello,
I am a bit embarrassed to ask this question... but I will get straight to the point. I was feeling a bit depressed and lacking motivation for a while, I didn't go out much except for work, and spent a lot of my free time masturbating. Now to my problem: my foreskin seems worn out (probably from frequent, vigorous rubbing), it is less tight and somehow thinner than before, with some veins showing through in certain areas. Additionally, the inner part of the foreskin, directly under the glans, is often red. Honestly, it's not a pleasant sight.
Lately, I have been going out more and meeting women, but I am hesitant to enter into a sexual relationship. Firstly, because I believe the sight could be off-putting (maybe I am exaggerating a bit here), and secondly because I am afraid that the appearance may give clues about my masturbation habits.
My question now is whether there is a way to treat the foreskin, possibly with a cream, so that it at least partially "regenerates", or if a surgical intervention may be necessary for that?
Thank you and best regards
Dear Inquirer,
Unfortunately, it is hardly possible to make a definitive diagnosis based on your description, as is often the case with skin conditions, the doctor must examine the affected areas themselves, sometimes additional tests are necessary (such as swabs for bacterial infections or examination under blue light for fungal infections). It is possible that you have a chronic bacterial infection or a fungal infection on the foreskin, in which case there are very effective ointments for external use. Surgical removal of the foreskin (circumcision) is also performed in certain indications in adults (e.g. in cases of foreskin narrowing) or at the patient's request. You should discuss this with the treating doctor (in this case, the urologist). Do not hesitate to see a doctor, you will definitely be helped quickly, the doctor will surely not ask any "embarrassing" questions and moral judgments are not part of medical treatment, in addition, all information and diagnoses are subject to confidentiality. I wish you a speedy recovery, sincerely
O. Stephan.
