red spots at the urinary tract exit

Thank you for the quick response. The spots are not multiplying. I discovered them last week when I had a burning sensation in the vulva and it was red. On the advice of my pharmacist, I used cream for vaginal thrush and Bepanthen. The redness of the vulva is gone. Only the redness remains at the urinary tract opening. Could it be a urinary tract infection that I should treat with antibiotics?

No, that sounds more like it's a fungal infection subsiding. A urinary tract infection would present with burning during urination or at least frequent urination.
