Help, the doctors don't believe me. I have bradycardic sinus rhythm with dizziness and pain in my heart. I can't take it anymore, I can hardly walk.

Which doctors have you already consulted and which examinations have been performed?
If you have been to the cardiologist and had a long-term ECG done, then it would have shown if your heart beats slowly at times.
If everything was normal, it may just feel like your heart is not beating properly, but in reality there may be a completely different reason for the dizziness and weakness. In that case, you should rather consult a neurologist, as they are the "dizziness experts".
