Hello, on Wednesday I had a breast lift and reduction. Yesterday, the drains were removed. Today, in the afternoon, it bled a little bit from the holes again, is that normal?

Yes, that is still normal and not alarming. It usually stops on its own. The only cause for concern is a lot of fluid that doesn't stop.
