Severe and persistent swelling after liposuction

I had liposuction on my stomach 5 weeks ago. The day after the surgery, my stomach was extremely swollen (much thicker than before the liposuction). I expected some swelling, so it didn't bother me too much, and I believed it would go away after a few weeks. The swelling decreased slightly in the first two weeks. However, for the past three weeks, there has been no change. My stomach is still much thicker than before. I know it can take up to 12 months for everything to settle, but shouldn't most of the swelling have gone down after 5 weeks? I've tried lymphatic drainage, but nothing seems to help. Is this normal? What options are there to speed up the reduction of swelling? I suspect it might be fluid. My stomach feels like a waterbed. When I press on it, the fluid moves to another area. Is it possible to drain the fluid from my stomach? Or is treatment even necessary?
