Firm breasts

Hello,
last September I had my breasts (cup size A) enlarged. The following implant was used through a nipple incision: Eurosilicon Anatomical Size 370cc UBM.

Unfortunately, my breasts are not anatomically equal, as the doctor diagnosed a slight capsular fibrosis on the right side (caused by early stress). Furthermore, my breasts feel very hard and unnatural at the bottom edge, they can hardly be moved. My nipple scar is still red and visible.

Now my question. Is it the implant that makes my breasts feel so hard, or is it because I had too little of my own fat. What can I do about my surgical scar to make the redness disappear completely?

I am currently considering whether a second operation is an option to achieve a more even result and a softer breast. At the same time, I would like to have larger cushions inserted, as I find the current ones too small.

Is a second operation worthwhile, or will the final result not be more natural?

Thank you for your answer.

Good evening,

The shape and firmness of the breasts are certainly determined by the implant, and this is further reinforced by the fact that there is little natural tissue present. You cannot change the redness of the scar, as it will fade over time. This just takes its time. If you have excessive scar formation (keloid), this can also be removed surgically.

A second operation is indeed worth considering to improve the cosmetic result in terms of shape and size, if you wish. If a capsular contracture has occurred, replacing the current implants is also worth considering to remove the contracture at the same time.

Best regards,
