Inflammation of the tongue on the side and back

Hello, I have noticed that I have an inflammation on the back of my tongue, on the left and right, with buds-like changes and small holes. I have already seen an ENT specialist and a general practitioner, who suggested that it may be due to a disruption of the oral flora and recommended trying a different toothpaste. I have taken a picture of it. There is a constant slight pressure and pain. My tonsils were removed last year after long-standing inflammations (chronic tonsillitis), possibly this condition arose after the surgery due to several postoperative bleedings.

Dear questioner, at first glance, I would suspect that irritation of the tongue could be caused by the dental treatment, as the wound is directly opposite the filled tooth. If you are a heavy smoker, a biopsy of the ulcer should be done to rule out anything serious (it doesn't look like it, I don't want to scare you). Changes on the tongue should be checked for deficiencies, an iron or vitamin deficiency can also trigger something like this.

Do you have any questions? Greetings, C. Welsch
