Antibiotics

I have been prescribed antibiotics. But I can't swallow pills. What can I do?
Best regards

Christian Welsch

Dear inquirer, if they are tablets, you can break them into smaller pieces or crush them. Some medications are available as effervescent tablets, so you could ask to change your prescription at the emergency pharmacy. Adding a bit of jelly or pudding may help make the tablet easier to swallow. Regards, Welsch
