back problem

Hello,
since 2007 I have been experiencing severe back pain, which is accompanied by pain in my buttocks and legs, as well as tingling in my hands and shoulder pain. Today I suddenly had electric-like shooting pains in my arm/hand, where I couldn't hold anything.
The diagnosis for me is:
Cervicobrachialgia on the right side
Lumbosciatica on both sides
Disc prolapse at C6/7
Disc protrusion at L4/5

There is hypoaesthesia corresponding to the dermatomes C7 and C8 on the right side, as well as a discrete weakness in the right biceps. Hypoaesthesia at L5 and S1 on the right side.

MRI evidence of osteochondrosis with retrospondylosis and disc prolapse at C6/7, as well as disc protrusion at L4/5.

What does all this mean and what is a myelogram CT?

What could further treatment look like?
Since I had a gastric bypass, it is difficult for me to take anti-inflammatory medications and painkillers. What medications could be considered?

Thank you in advance,
Kind regards
