Hip problems

I am M, 72, had two minor strokes in 14 and 15 with no lasting effects and have been experiencing problems in both hip areas for some time. I have a known spinal stenosis that occasionally causes sciatica-like issues every few months. Currently, I only have a slight pulling sensation in the lower back area. Strangely, the hip problems are not constant, as shaking one leg lightly can sometimes allow me to walk pain-free for the next half hour ??!! I also have nighttime calf cramps, which I have been successfully treating with magnesium for about 4 weeks. Since I am in Spain during the winter, I do not want to see a doctor here. My medication: Tamsulosin Metformin Aspirin 100 Simvastatin Omeprazole Candesartan Magnesium Best regards,

Dear inquirer, please describe your hip problems in more detail. When do the pains occur? Have you ever had an X-ray? How and where exactly are the pains? Kind regards
