Pupil difference of approximately 1-2mm

Dear Sir or Madam,
I have just noticed that my right pupil is slightly larger than my left, about 1-2 mm. I have done a light test and they both contract at the same speed. I do not feel sick, maybe just a little bit off and a bit strange in the stomach, I assume it's because I have not been sleeping well lately. I would appreciate some feedback.
Kind regards
Hello,
A slight pupil difference often exists without any reason, and the fact that the pupillary reflex can be triggered equally on both sides (and hopefully at a normal speed) speaks against a pathological cause. Sometimes it is simply the slanted light coming from the side that makes the pupils appear different in size. However, this has nothing to do with your fatigue, and I hope you will soon get some sleep.
There is no cause for concern, only if the difference were to become larger or if the light reaction were to become consistently slower.
Sincerely, Dr. Höllering
