Tingling and nerve pain throughout the body

Hello everyone...

11 weeks ago, I suddenly and unexpectedly began to feel a strange tingling sensation all over my body, occasionally accompanied by nerve pain. Especially in my feet or hands. Since I already had an appointment with the neurologist, I immediately brought it up to her. The neurologist then performed an EEG and a test to measure the nerve conduction velocity of the body (I can't remember the exact name). Both tests were normal.
Shortly after my visit to the neurologist, the symptoms also subsided.

Now, 11 weeks have passed and for the past week, I have been experiencing the same symptoms in the same way, or I would say, even more intense. Especially at night, the tingling and nerve pain in my entire body won't let me sleep at all. Yesterday, I wanted to quickly see my primary care physician, but unfortunately, I found the door locked. Now I am naturally very worried because I have no idea what could be wrong with me. I am a 48-year-old female. I take 2.5 mg of ramipril and Keltican Forte for my spine in the morning.
Can anyone shed some light on this for me?

Dr. med. Frauke Gehring

Good day,

This indicates tension, which can affect all sorts of nerves in the back and can occur, for example, due to poor posture or stress. This is also supported by the unremarkable results of the last neurological examination.

Treatment involves warmth, relaxation, and medications such as Diclofenac.

Warm regards, Dr. Gehring
