Brain lesion dizziness and headaches Lyme disease or other

Hello,

I am 19 and don't know what to believe anymore. After taking a lot of antibiotics for urinary tract infections and breathing problems in 2014 (which were treated with cortisone spray), I had a few months without suffering. In 2015, I took antibiotics again for my bladder problems when I flew to Asia. After a dive, I felt nauseous and had the sensation of water in my ear. When this feeling remained constant for several days, we went to the doctor, who gave me antibiotics again (although I was already taking antibiotics at the time of the dive). The feeling that something was in my ear did not improve, and after a few weeks of traveling, it gradually got better. One night, I woke up and had to vomit. With suspicion of dengue fever and terrible dizziness, we went to the hospital, which only found a very high pulse (which changed significantly overnight) and later a bacterial intestinal infection (which is not uncommon in Southeast Asia). Again, I received antibiotics intravenously and then tablets for 7 days. With a generally poor condition, we continued to travel... I sometimes felt bad in between (no fever, but generally weak and the feeling that I was about to pass out or had perceptual disturbances). About 2 weeks later, we were lying on the beach when suddenly I felt like I was about to faint, I could hardly walk and had to support myself. My sense of balance left me, and even lying down in the hotel did not make it better. The next day, we drove to Bangkok, where severe left-sided headaches came on so strong that I thought my head was going to explode. I went to a doctor who referred me directly to the hospital for a CT scan. This was inconspicuous, so another MRI was done. This revealed an alleged "cortical dyspepsia" above the ear. However, the doctors said that I probably had this since birth and it could only trigger epilepsy, but it was quite large. Since the EEG and co were normal, they discharged me. Back in Germany, some blood tests were done, and I was checked by an ENT. After that, nothing was found. The local doctors also said that the lesion probably had nothing to do with the symptoms, maybe it was stress-related. The recurring headaches and constant dizziness persisted. At the end of 2015, I felt much better for 3 months, but gradually some symptoms returned in March. For 13 days, I have had unbearable stabbing, burning headaches (especially on the left side, and sometimes I feel like they also affect my nose, temple, and my neck burns), and the doctors want to send me for an MRI again.

With the long history of suffering, with different relapses, I don't know what to do anymore. MS is supposedly ruled out, which makes me very happy. My physiotherapist believes it is an undetected neuroborreliosis, which sounds very plausible (although the blood tests were negative/last year the doctor said I had no antibodies or anything). Maybe you have some tips! I really wonder if my mind can play such a trick on me, although I was always fine, especially mentally, this odyssey is slowly getting to me.
