Dear Inquirer,

It is very difficult, almost impossible, to answer your question based on the information provided. The majority of the laboratory values you have shared are within the normal range, while others show only minor deviations that do not explain the complex symptoms you have described. However, it is rarely possible to definitively diagnose a disease based solely on laboratory tests. A clinical examination, a detailed exploration of the symptoms, and potentially imaging studies are always necessary. Each specialty now has a wide range of procedures to offer. These may not have been carried out in your case or have not been shared. Since the symptoms you have described are quite diverse, I would recommend a comprehensive diagnostic approach, which may involve consulting not only a general practitioner or internist but also a neurologist, an ENT specialist, and an orthopedist if necessary. While it is possible that your symptoms are related to a spinal problem, there are also numerous other diagnoses to consider. In addition to conventional X-ray examinations, MRI diagnostics are available today, particularly for the head and spine, offering high diagnostic accuracy without the radiation exposure of X-rays. I am sure your treating physicians will provide you with comprehensive guidance. I wish you a speedy recovery.

Best regards,

O. Stephan
