poor kidney values

Good day,

I am reaching out to you in the hope of a prompt response. My question is as follows: during a routine examination, I was found to have poor kidney values. Particularly noticeable is the GFR value, which was 70 in the last examination and should be greater than 107. Previous examinations showed a GFR in the same range. The creatinine levels were always in the range of 112-113.

Since all other blood values are really good, I live a very healthy lifestyle, exercise a lot, do not suffer from high blood pressure, investigating the cause is very difficult. Although I am registered with a specialist, I am burdened by a question that I would like to explain.

For about 3 years now, I have been regularly taking a hair therapy product for hair loss. Its name is Pantostin, it contains the active ingredient Alfatradiol/25 mg per bottle (also available at www.Pantostin.de). Each application contains 0.25mg of the active ingredient. Over the course of 3 years, I have therefore taken in about 500-700 mg of the active ingredient. (There are no clinical studies that include a longer duration of use of more than one year).

Is there a causal relationship between the lowered values and this hair therapy product? Or is the amount too low to cause damage to the kidney? I would appreciate your response. Thank you in advance!

Additional information: 1.85m tall, 89kg, 32 years old.
