Fatty liver in underweight individuals and as a cook

Hello,
I (24 years old, 1.77m and 52kg!!!) have been diagnosed with a fatty liver. Several doctors have performed ultrasound examinations, the last one at a university hospital with contrast medium. Where could this come from? I am not lacking in exercise, I work as a chef (so I know what healthy eating means) and I do not drink alcohol. I also suffer from a severe PCOS syndrome, with very poor hormone levels. Should I be tested for insulin resistance? Because as far as I know, this is typical for PCOS, even if I do not fit the obesity profile. What should I do now? Go on a diet even though I hardly have any appetite anyway? Do you know a doctor or a clinic where I will be treated professionally and not just told to live with it? I have already stopped taking the pill, even though I feel terrible without it!
I hope to finally get some help from you.
Hello, fatty liver is caused by various factors such as excessive alcohol consumption, disorders of lipid metabolism or diabetes mellitus. Sometimes also by medication. It is a disorder of oxidative fatty acid metabolism. PCO syndrome in women means that there are too many male hormones present, usually due to genetic causes. In any case, I would recommend getting tested for insulin resistance. A very good way to detoxify, regenerate and improve a fatty liver is a biological natural phytopreparation such as Heparform (also available as a course). As for clinics, I could recommend - since I don't know where you live - one in Northern Germany, namely Klinik Fallingbostel 05162-440 (beautifully located in the heath landscape) or at Lake Constance, the Silberbergklinik 09924-7710. I hope this has helped you and wish you lots of strength, success and health. All the best, Pablo Vivanco.
