Multislice spiral CT of the thorax

Hello,
I underwent a CT examination on 21.11.2014 and now have a question about the findings as I only have an appointment with the pulmonologist next year. The findings are as follows:
Thorax
The lungs are free of infiltrates. In the 4th segment on the left laterally, there is an image of a solitary, very faint, 4mm questionable lesion, DD vascular section. Normal width of the tracheobronchial tree. Pleura regular. No effusion. No LKS.
Kind regards,
Good day,
The findings are completely normal except for the described round structure. Unfortunately, such a small round finding could be a small tumor on one hand, or on the other hand the cross-section of a vein, which naturally also appears round.
Since a CT scan has many different planes, it should be possible to make a slightly more precise statement with closer examination.
I would fax the findings to the pulmonologist and ask him to tell you, given the worrying statement, whether special images need to be taken, or if he could look at the images first to see if a follow-up in three months is sufficient.
All the best!
Sincerely, Dr. Höllering
