Hello, today I bumped my head on a flower pot that was hanging above me. I still have a slight pulling sensation in my head and now I'm afraid that something might happen (like a brain hemorrhage), because I'm also currently injecting Arixtra (2.5 mg) for a vein inflammation. Could something happen because of this?

since the flower pot was hanging (and you did not hit a non-yielding structure), so it could deflect something, it has sufficiently intercepted the blow. Therefore, a brain hemorrhage is more than unlikely. I cannot completely rule it out 100%, because one can also get one spontaneously (even without Arixtra). But 99.9%.
