blood pressure
Hello,
I have a question regarding my blood pressure. I have always had low blood pressure, as far as I know. My question is whether it is too low, if it is dangerous, if I need to be concerned, or if I should discuss it with my doctor.
At complete rest, it is around 92/58, sometimes a little higher, rarely 100/60. Yesterday afternoon, I was very tired, so I started measuring my blood pressure, and it was even 88/58! When I exercise and measure right after, it can go up to 120/80. But a few minutes later, it goes back to 100/60. Today, for example, after doing housework all day, it was 94/60. I have to mention that I don't notice any symptoms, I feel fine and rarely feel dizzy. However, my question is whether it is a cause for concern.
At the doctor's office recently, it was 110/70, so it would be strange to ask there. She would probably say everything is okay. An EKG was done at the end of last year and everything was fine.
I am a 32-year-old female, weighing 54 kg. I exercise occasionally, depending on the day.
Thank you.
