Ask a doctor on the topic of Internal medicine

2 weeks of nausea, dizziness, diarrhea

Always bad, circulation, diarrhea

MD Felix Aaslepp

Hello!
Thank you for your question. Symptoms such as nausea, circulatory problems, and diarrhea can have many causes. A typical gastrointestinal illness caused by viruses or (more likely in terms of duration) by bacteria can lead to nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea. Due to the loss of fluids, circulatory problems and dizziness may occur as a result.
However, such an illness should not last longer than 2 weeks. I would strongly advise you to see your primary care physician (preferably today). They can perform a blood test and, especially, a stool sample to gather more information and initiate a targeted therapy. Since you are already experiencing circulatory problems, intravenous fluid administration or even hospitalization may be necessary.
If you need further assistance, feel free to ask another question. However, I would need a more detailed description of your symptoms.
I wish you a speedy recovery!
