Dizziness and lightheadedness

Hello,
since Thursday I have been experiencing strong symptoms. I cannot get up in the morning because I feel very dizzy and almost collapse. I always feel as if I had been drinking something. I can concentrate on something, but then it starts again. I always feel very dizzy as if I were constantly under the influence of drugs. Sometimes I have strong fluctuations.

Dear Tamy,
I assume that you are young and healthy and not currently taking any medication. In this case, the most likely causes would be a viral infection or a disorder of the vestibular system. Please consult your primary care physician and, if necessary, ask for a referral for dizziness diagnosis (neurologist / ENT / orthopedist).
