Chronic dizziness without any findings.
Hello, I am male and 22 years old,
I have the following problem:
I have been suffering from chronic dizziness for about 3 years (but can still walk and run normally), lack of concentration, frequent urination, low libido, fatigue with inner restlessness, and general weakness.
It gets much worse when I am nervous. I have learned to stay calm, but it never completely goes away. Sometimes it feels like nothing is wrong. So far, I have had a full blood test, gastric endoscopy, blood test for Helicobacter, several ultrasounds, 24-hour blood pressure monitoring, oxygen, HCO3, etc. with lung function test. I have also been fully checked by an internist. All tests came back without any findings. In addition to my medical history, I often have clear urine, frequent toilet visits, and had success with two diets (at 14 and again at 18) (LowCarb). Unfortunately, I have gained weight since then due to lack of exercise, etc. I have noticed that calcium and vitamin D sometimes helped a lot, but only sometimes, and my vitamin D levels are already replenished, yet the problem persists. Some types of cocoa have strangely also helped at times.
And it gets even worse with coffee, vegetables, fruit, whole grain products, pure cheese, drinking water (on an empty stomach), and salty foods. I hardly ever have an appetite, but I eat to prevent feeling worse. I hope you can provide me with some insight as the doctors here seem quite clueless or uninterested. I also don't know what else to do. As a result, I have now become unemployed.
Best regards
