Light-colored stool

Hello,

I am 40 years old, male, 1.75 meters tall and weigh between 80 and 82 kg.
For about three years now, I have mostly had beige/muddy colored stool, which alternates between loose and firm.
I also often have bloating and occasionally a slight burning sensation in the middle of my stomach, about 5 cm below the triangle.
I do not experience any other pain, yellowing of the skin or dark urine. There has been no weight loss, in fact, I have to balance it out with some exercise to avoid gaining weight.
My appetite is normal.
I usually have one bowel movement a day, regardless of the consistency.
About a year ago, I had an ultrasound examination of the kidneys and abdomen, which did not show any abnormalities.
The only thing that was slightly off was one of the liver values.
I believe this all started gradually after a gastrointestinal infection.
I had four weeks of diarrhea which was then prolonged by a yeast infection, but I was able to treat it with tablets.
