Chest Shoulder Armpit

Hello! My problem: stabbing pain sporadically at the sternum! Examination for heart attack with quick test, ECG and blood test all normal! Pain in the chest muscle up to the collarbone including shoulder pain and a biting sensation in the left armpit, physiotherapist has no idea what it could be, massages, mud packs and tape have not improved it, 3 doctors clueless! Been on painkillers for weeks, creams, acupuncture, ultrasound (ok)! I really don't know what to do anymore, I have been experiencing these pains for months, I have been doing strength training for 17 years but I have to say I stopped three months ago when the pain started! I hope there is someone here who can help me further! Thank you in advance! K
Good evening,
Unfortunately, you did not write your age.
I can imagine that you are suffering from acid reflux into the esophagus. This does not always lead to classic heartburn, but sometimes to the pain you described. Gastritis can also cause this or a Roemheld syndrome: http://www.apotheken-wissen.de/roemheld-syndrom/
If the pain is superficial and not deep in the abdomen, irritation of the joints between the ribs and sternum is possible. These connections are swollen and tender to the touch. Cold helps, Diclofenac ointment and relief of the chest muscles. If that is not enough, an ultrasound treatment may be helpful.
Unfortunately, I cannot make a diagnosis from a distance, but with an endoscopy, the first alternatives could be confirmed or ruled out.
I wish you a speedy recovery!
